Shipping Policies 

All orders will be given a tracking number. Once the order has been received by the shipping provider, we are no longer responsible for the order. Issues with package location or delivery delays must be taken up with the shipping provider directly. 

All orders, regardless of shipping option, are shipped on business days (Monday-Friday) excluding weekends. Delivery times exclude holidays, Saturdays & Sundays.


REMINDER:

We do not refund original or return shipping charges. All shipping charges are considered non-refundable. All sales are final both in store as well as online. Items however may be exchanged in store only within 5 days of original purchase for store credit only !

All web exclusive pieces ship within 5-10 business days from the order date, even if expedited shipping is selected.

Please keep in mind that we are unable to deliver to APO/FPO/ addresses.
